The Objectives Over Time page accurately reflects the data presented in each edition of the Balanced Scorecard. However, the time periods for data do not necessarily correspond directly to the dates of release of the editions of the Scorecard. Users should refer to the Definitions of Measures page to understand the relationship between a Scorecard edition date and the current period value for an indicator.
