Mental Health Statistics Improvement Program (MHSIP) - The MHSIP mission is to foster and enhance the quality and scope of information for decisions that will improve the quality of life and recovery of people with mental illness. The MHSIP consumer surveys can be accessed on this page by using the links to "The MHSIP Consumer Satisfaction Survey -- 28 item".

Western NY Care Coordination Program (WNYCCP) - The WNYCCP is a unique six county consortium dedicated to transforming mental health services for adults with severe mental illness. The participating upstate NY counties (Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Monroe, Onondaga, and Wyoming) are currently serving nearly 3,000 such persons through 12 local not-for-profit care coordination agencies.

NYC Division of Mental Hygiene (DMH) - The NYC Department of Mental Hygiene (DMH) administered the MHSIP survey during fiscal year 2008 in eight languages: English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, Chinese, Korean, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Vietnamese, Khmer (Cambodian), Bengali, Farsi and Hindi. In November 2007, 169 outpatient mental health treatment programs in NYC administered the survey and returned 18,320 completed surveys to DMH. This page presents the results of that survey.

Balanced Scorecard - The OMH Balanced Scorecard measures and reports on outcomes experienced by individuals served in our public mental health system, results of public mental health efforts undertaken by OMH, and critical indicators of organizational performance. The Scorecard includes the following two consumer assessment indicators and presents data on region and facility levels.
Increase percentage of adults receiving OMH-operated outpatient services who rate service quality as good to excellent
Increase percentage of adults receiving OMH-operated outpatient services who rate their quality of life as good to excellent
