the survey, explaining why participation in consumer assessment is important, how results are used to influence programmatic
changes, and interpreting survey questions which may be unclear to an individual completing the survey. Typically, Drop-In
Centers and Self Help programs are recovery-oriented and person-centered and have peers on staff. These individuals could be
