Reduced Incidence of Harmful Behavior (Discharged Individuals):  
Percent of discharged ACT recipients with one or more events reported at admission compared to first 6 month follow-up and most recent follow-up. The Any Harmful Behavior report refers to the occurrence of any one of 12 harmful behaviors assessed. Negative percent change indicates decreased occurrence of any harmful behavior or positive recipient outcomes.
