Diagnosis and Coexisting Substance Abuse Disorder
Diagnosis : ACT recipients with diagnosis of schizophrenia spectrum, bipolar, depressive and other diagnoses. Coexisting Alcohol and Substance Abuse Disorder : ACT recipients who have an alcohol or substance abuse disorder, or disability or reported as recently using alcohol or other substances.
ACT Recipients Meeting High Utilization Criteria
AOT Status : ACT recipients with AOT court orders and service enhancements. Forensic Involvement : ACT recipients with criminal justice system involvement. Homelessness : ACT recipients who are homeless or have been homeless 6 months prior to baseline. High use of Psychiatric Hospitals : ACT recipients with two or more psychiatric hospitalizations, 12 months prior to baseline or hospitalized for 60 days, within 6 months of baseline. High use Psychiatric ER visits : ACT recipients with two or more psychiatric ER visits, 12 months prior to baseline. Summary : ACT recipients meeting one or more of the high utilization criteria: AOT Court Ordered Treatment; Forensic Involvement; Homelessness; High use Psychiatric ER or Hospitalizations.
